Shipping & Returns

Sew Sweet Blanks return policy information.

We do not offer refunds. Only store credit and exchanges for other products (in stock products only)  If you are wanting a product that is not in stock, you may keep your store credit until the item has restocked.  RMA number is required for all returns. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the order date. Products must be in original, unaltered packaging (non washed, unaltered, and non-embellished)
Shipping fees are the customers responsibility for non-defective products.


All unwashed, unopened items may be retuned within 30 days of the purchase date. 

***We do not offer returns or exchanges on preorder items.***  

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Our hours of operations are Monday - Friday 8:00am-3:00pm.(CST)  Excluding all federal holidays. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
